Callroute passes the ISO 27001 2023 audit with zero non-conformance marks, certifying their conformity to information security management standards worldwide.
ISO are the ‘International Organisation for Standardisation’ who develop and publish International Standards. The ISO 27001 Standard is an internationally recognised best practice framework for information security management systems.
Passing this qualification has many benefits to Callroute stakeholders. The certification provides assurance to partners, customers, and other stakeholders that Callroute have:
- Assessed information security risks
- Have robust security controls and processes in place
- Embed information security management across the organisation
The audit examined Callroute to find evidence that our ISMS supports the achievement of statutory, regulatory, and contractual requirements and the organization’s specified objectives with regard to the scope of the management standard. It also evaluated the ongoing achievement and applicability of the forward strategic plan.

Next year will see Callroute preparing for the transition to the new 27001 standards, where cloud technology controls will be explored in much greater depth. A full re-certification audit in 2024 will also be conducted to certify ongoing conformity to the standards.
In the meantime, Callroute will be assessed under the ISO 9001 Quality Audit, a separate certification that will be conducted in January 2024.
