What Are Professional Services?

Professional Services are designed for consultancy, implementation and project work that sits outside of Business-as-Usual (BAU) support.

Every Callroute service includes access to our standard support service as part of your active service contract. Our support team is available to help resolve incidents, answer questions and keep your service running smoothly.

If you need help designing, configuring or changing your Microsoft Teams or Webex Calling environment, delivering a migration, or implementing a bespoke solution, our Professional Services give you access to our specialist engineers on a flexible, prepaid basis.

Why Choose a Professional Services Bundle?

Callroute Professional Services Pricing

Professional Services are purchased as a prepaid bucket of hours, giving you access to specialist expertise whenever you need it.

The more hours you purchase, the lower your effective hourly rate, making larger bundles ideal for organisations with ongoing projects or regular configuration requirements.

Unlike traditional consultancy engagements, your hours don’t have to be used all at once. Simply purchase a bundle and draw down the hours whenever you need our assistance.

Larger bundles provide a lower effective hourly rate and, with the exception of the 1-hour bundle, can be used across multiple eligible projects and requests during a 12-month validity period.

This provides flexible access to Microsoft Teams, Webex Calling and business voice expertise without requiring a separate consultancy engagement for every change or project.

Callroute customers can request Professional Services through the Callroute Support Desk using the same process as a normal support request.

The team will review the requirement, determine whether it falls under standard support or Professional Services, and provide an estimate where appropriate. Once the Professional Services work is completed, the time used is deducted from the customer’s available hours.

If you have a new project or would like to discuss your requirements before purchasing Professional Services hours, you can also book a meeting with the Callroute team.
