We measure active users differently depending on the phone system you are connecting to Callroute. The total user count can the the combination of the following:
Microsoft Teams
An active user in Microsoft Teams is a user or resource account that has been licensed for Microsoft Phone and is using Callroute for making and/or receiving calls (the count is shown in the green chip in the Microsoft Teams service – Callroute PSTN users).
Webex Calling
An active user in Webex calling is based on per DDI assignment to the Webex Calling service.
SIP Phone
Each registered SIP Phone is classed as an active user.
Call Forward
A number set to forward to another number.
Floating minutes bundles can be shared across all services. Each bundle is valid for 1 month and resets on the 1st of every month. Bundles include calls to UK fixed lines and mobiles.
300 mins: £9 (3 pence per min)
1000 mins: £25 (2.5 pence per min)
2500 mins: £56 (2.25 pence per min)
5000 mins: £100 (2 pence per min)
10000 mins: £150 (1.5 pence per min)
20000 mins £250 (1.25 pence per min)
If you are on a pay-as-you-go plan, calls are charged at 1p per minute to UK fixed lines and 5p per minute to mobiles. This means that if you make frequent mobile calls, bundles can offer better value.
