What does it cost to connect your numbers to Callroute?
Pricing depends on how your numbers are connected to Callroute — whether Callroute is the carrier, you’re using BYOC, or you’re managing Microsoft Teams numbers.
- Microsoft Teams numbers (Calling Plans / Operator Connect / Direct Routing): We don’t charge per number. Pricing is per user the numbers are assigned to.
- Callroute-provided numbers (Callroute as your carrier): Numbers are charged with a monthly rental fee, with calling charged based on usage (or inclusive bundles where applicable).
- BYOC numbers (customer-provided): Pricing is based on a fee per number assigned to a user or service.
Number management in the Callroute portal is included as part of the above — there are no additional number management charges.
