Callroute recently underwent a certification audit for the British Standards Institute (BSI) ISO 27001 International Information Security Management System standard and passed with flying colors!

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully renewed our ISO 27001 certification for another year, with no minor or major non-conformities noted during the audit.

This audit highlights our commitment to strengthening our resilience through effective information security management and data protection, which brings numerous benefits to our stakeholders and customers, including:

  • Robust quality control processes
  • Streamlined operations for process improvement
  • Regulatory compliance at an organization-wide level

Looking ahead, the team will be focusing on preparations for our ISO ISO9001 Quality Management Systems recertification in January.
