Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to (1) sipsynergy’s website at www.callroute.com (“Site”); and (2) all data collected and/or processed in connection with the supply by Callroute of any goods and services (“Products”). If you do not wish to be bound by this Privacy Policy, please leave the Site.
The Site is owned and operated by sipsynergy Limited trading as Callroute (“us”, “our”, “we”). We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers, the users of our Products and the users of the Site. This Privacy Policy explains what information we may collect about you, how we will use it and the steps that we will take to ensure that such information is kept secure.
The Site may have links to other websites. Third party websites should have their own privacy policies and we recommend that you read such policies to find out how your personal details are protected. We are not responsible for the content or the privacy policies of these third party websites.

By ordering or enquiring about any of our Products (whether directly from us or through one of our partners or agents) or using the Site, you consent to us collecting and using your details in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
The information gathered pursuant to this Privacy Policy may be used by us and companies in the same group as us (i.e. companies which share the same ultimate parent company) as set out herein.

Lawful Basis for Processing
Following the new legislation, businesses must have a legitimate basis for processing any personal data that is collected. The government have defined six legitimate reasons to select from, and your choice must be based upon your purpose and the relationship you have with the individual/s. Sipsynergy have selected ‘contract’ as our lawful basis for collecting personal data. This means that processing personal data is necessary for the contract of service we hold with individuals.
1. Information we collect
1.1 We may collect personal data about you, which may consist of your contact details such as your name or e-mail address or other information about you such as your computer’s IP address.
1.2 Such details are collected in a number of ways: they can be obtained via the use of cookies (please see paragraph 8 below), or other tracking systems or when you register to purchase a particular product or service from us. We may also collect information you give us over the telephone or via email or in written or other communications, including when we contact you to make arrangements to install or commence supplying our services.

2. With whom do we share the information we collect?
2.1 We will not sell, trade or rent or make available your personal data to others unless you have given us your permission to do so as described in this Privacy Policy.
If you give us additional permission then you may be contacted by our advertisers, partners, affiliates or other third parties with offers relating to their products, offers, services or promotions. 2.2 We compile anonymous records of user trends which we may make use of ourselves, or pass to our associated companies or to unconnected parties.

6. Device Identifiers
6.1 Our Apps require access to the following services on your mobile device: UDID, Mac address, or other applicable device identifiers. We send this information to our servers for the purpose of validating free trials. We may use this information to seek your feedback on the Site and to notify you of new products and features and otherwise in accordance with our Privacy Policy ([email protected]) but we will not make it available to any third party.
7. Accessing Your Details
7.1 We will provide you with a summary of personal data that we hold on you upon your written request. To make a request, you should send an email to [email protected] and provide your full postal address and postcode.
7.2 You can also request that the personal data that we hold about you are removed from our system. However, this may mean that we can no longer provide you with our Products that you wish to receive.
8. Cookies
8.1 What is a "Cookie"?
“Cookies” are small pieces of information that are issued to your computer when you enter a website. 8.2 Types of cookie & the information we collect
