Who We Are

Callroute is a global SaaS platform that helps organisations connect, manage and control their voice environments.

We bring together carriers, services and phone numbers into one intelligent control layer, enabling businesses to run Microsoft Teams, Webex, contact centres, SIP devices and legacy systems without complexity.

Now part of 8×8, Callroute combines its powerful orchestration platform with the scale and global infrastructure of one of the world’s leading cloud communications providers.

Together, we are helping organisations simplify voice, manage Microsoft Teams users at scale, and build flexible hybrid communication environments.

How It All Started

Callroute began as part of Sipsynergy, founded in 2011 to help organisations adopt cloud communications.

As platforms like Microsoft Teams grew, managing users, numbers and carriers became increasingly complex. Callroute was created to bring these elements together into one platform.

The platform later expanded with Orto, designed to help large enterprises manage Microsoft Teams users, policies and numbers at scale.

Today, as part of 8×8, Callroute continues to simplify voice and Teams management for organisations worldwide.
