Teams Shared Calling
Enable Shared Calling for all your E5 licenses with a low-cost, no-contract solution that deploys in minutes via a self-service portal, includes a UK phone number with no porting required, has no subscriptions or per-user fees, and charges only for the calls you make on a 100% consumption basis.

What is Shared Calling for Microsoft Teams
Shared Calling allows multiple Microsoft Teams users to make outbound calls using a single shared phone number with a Microsoft Calling Plan.
Teams can connect to PSTN services in three ways: Microsoft Calling Plans, where Microsoft provides the service; Operator Connect, where a third-party carrier connects via the cloud; and Direct Routing, which uses a customer-managed gateway.
Shared Calling is natively supported only with Microsoft Calling Plans, though similar results can be achieved through other methods.
How does it work?
You can deploy Callroute shared calling alongside your existing Microsoft Teams Phone solution.

What are the main benefits of shared calling?
Most solutions stop at Teams or Webex Calling. Callroute goes further – an award-winning platform that unifies, automates, and simplifies modern voice. From simple setups to complex hybrid environments, manage users, numbers, and policies from one powerful portal.
