What does Outbound CLI mean?

When you click on a User Details within Microsoft Teams Service, you see an option for Outbound CLI

The Outbound CLI is the number that is displayed to the Called party. When you dial an external number from Microsoft Teams using Callroute, the number that is displayed will be the one that has been selected from the Outbound CLI box.
