How to order BT Wholesale SIP Trunks for Callroute

When ordering SIP Trunking services from BT Wholesale using their partner portal it is important that you choose the correct manufacturer for the SIP device in order to be compatible with Callroute.

Under the Manufacturer drop down, choose Cisco

Under the Model, choose Cube

Software version: Latest version offered

You will need the following details to enter into Callroute to provision the trunk

• SIP Username
• SIP Password
• Domain
• Pilot Number
