Callroute set up Microsoft Teams calling for the UK’s leading youth cricket and disability sports charity, increasing its support for disadvantaged and disabled young people across the world.
Who are Lord’s Taveners?
Lord’s Taveners is a UK-based Charity whose purpose is to empower and positively impact the lives of young people facing the challenges of inequality.
It provides inclusive cricket programs that empower disabled and disadvantaged young people to develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to overcome the challenges of inequality, raise their aspirations, and reach their potential.
The charity also offers sporting equipment for young people globally through its cricket kit recycling programme. This enables young people to participate in cricket who otherwise would lack the appropriate kit to take part.
How did Callroute help?
We provided Lord’s Taveners with PSTN connectivity and connected the charity to Microsoft Teams Phone System using Callroute’s Direct Routing as a Service Platform. This enabled the charity to unify its telephony and collaboration needs into one platform.
Lord’s Taverners can now quickly and easily manage its telephony using our portal, meaning more time back for the charity to focus on other important projects.
