Callroute Advanced Call Recording with Oak

Callroute is excited to announce the launch of its new advanced and award-winning call recording service powered by Oak Innovation’s ClarifyGo, now available directly within the Callroute portal.

The latest service enables Microsoft Teams users to securely capture, store, and manage call recordings with ease and can be setup in just a few clicks.

Designed to meet regulatory standards such as PCI DSS, MiFID II, GDPR, Dodd-Frank, and HIPAA, ClarifyGo provides businesses with a Microsoft-certified recording solution that works seamlessly across all Teams calls and meetings, including internal, external, and PSTN calls.

With policy-based access controls, encrypted storage, and automated PCI pause/resume functionality, organizations can ensure compliance while maintaining complete control over their data.

Ewan Haig, CEO of Callroute, commented:
“We’re thrilled to be partnering with Oak Innovation to bring ClarifyGo to our customers. This service brings advanced call recording for those looking for a more feature-rich solution to our basic native offering.

“By providing greater flexibility, compliance, and analytics capabilities, we’re ensuring businesses have the tools they need to meet their regulatory requirements while improving operational efficiency.

“This is the first of many exciting additions to the Callroute portal, reinforcing our commitment to making Callroute a one-stop-shop for Microsoft Teams management.”

The service will be available to purchase on a per-user basis for eligible Teams users.
